Thy Erhvervsinvest, a consortium of financial investors, acquires 25% of Incendium, accelerating Growth in Secure Live Streaming for First Responders and Connected Technologies (IOT).

Incendium and Thy Erhvervsinvest, today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Thy Erhvervsinvest will acquire 25% of Incendium.  Upon closing, the transaction will immediately give Incendium a significant acceleration in the large and rapidly growing market for secure live streaming for first responders and connected technologies (IOT), particularly automotive, UAVs, Drones and man worn streaming solutions, which has been a strategic priority for Incendium, and is expected to grow significantly.

Incendium is the market leader in secure live streaming for first responder vehicle, man worn, CBRN/HazMat, EOD solutions and it’s experience designing and integrating sophisticated in-vehicle streaming and internet technologies, as well as its long-term relationships with a large amount of Police and Fire Departments in both the Nordics and abroad, will create significant growth opportunities with the financial injection by enabling it to leverage Incendiums expertise in secure live streaming and connected technologies (IOT) markets. The combination of Thy Erhvervsinvest global distribution channels and business knowledge will deliver enhanced customer benefits and elevate user experiences across Incendium’s complete portfolio of professional products and systems.
